Payments + Fees

  • Payment is due at time of registration for all classes of the semester.

  • If you are unable to make a payment on time, please contact us to see if a private arrangement can be made. 

  • No refunds or credits will be issued after registration is complete.

  • Tuition is not prorated for late registration or refunded for absences, whether planned or unplanned.

  • We accept all major credit cards, and checks/cash payments (on site, in-person classes only). Please make checks payable to Edge Up LLC and indicate your child's name on the check.

  • All learning tools/software will be provided and included in the fees, including the use of a laptop/chromebook. Access to the tools is not granted outside of class time, unless part of project work. Please discuss any special requests with your instructor.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy

  • There are no "excused absences", and payments for missed classes will not be returned. Special cases (relocation, long-lasting illness, etc.) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. If your child missed a class, please reach out to us so we can find a way for your child to get caught up. 

  • In the event of inclement weather, information about class cancellation will be posted on your class WhatsApp group, and an e-mail will be sent to all parents. We will make every attempt to schedule makeup classes but if no makeup class is scheduled, parents will receive credit for the missed class(es) towards the next semester. 

 

Social Media Policy + Photo Permissions

  • Edge Up reserves the right to take photographs and/or make recordings of our students during the program and to use them in original or modified forms in all media now or hereafter for the promotion, public education, and/or fundraising activities of Edge Up LLC.  We will never make any children names public. To opt out, please contact us directly.

  • Edge Up instructors record videos and take pictures in and during class for assessment and training purposes. Most of these are shot with the utmost regard for students’ privacy.

  • With the sole purpose of highlighting the positive work we do, we also use some of the pictures and videos for promotional purposes on our website, social media and showreels without revealing the students’ personal details. 

  • Edge Up seeks photo consent from parents at the outset permitting us to release/post/share/use pictures and videos taken in class and when deemed necessary. A negative consent may impact the showcase videos/ pictures of the respective child and their group. The picture consent on our registration form needs to be signed and submitted before the classes commence.

Classroom Rules 

  • Our in-person sessions are Drop Off ONLY. Parents/ caregivers must hand over their child to the teacher/ teaching assistant at time of drop off outside the studio premises. If your child is being offered pick-up services by Edge Up, please ensure that the school knows and all permissions have been granted.

  • Strollers, Tricycles, Skateboards, Bikes, and Scooters are not allowed inside the building premises. 

  • Parents/caregivers are not allowed into the classrooms.

  • Edge Up has the right to refuse to have your child in class if he/she has a fever of over 100.4F

  • Students will be permitted to only carry a bottle of water into the classroom. No food/snacks will be permitted into the studios.

  • Please make sure your child uses the bathroom prior to entering class. Bathrooms are conveniently located but disrupt class momentum.

  • Each student must adhere to the basic code of conduct: ALL students must speak with respect to another peer and their teacher. Failure to show respect will results in ONE verbal warning, followed by a written warning. Edge Up reserves the right to remove a student from a class due to a pattern of unruly, disruptive behavior or use of language that is insensitive, and/or discriminatory.
