ages 5–9; 10—14 with the life skills schools don’t teach—
like public speaking, emotional resilience, negotiation, time management, self-care,
and more.
With two age-specific tracks, hands-on workshops, and expert instructors, your child will leave feeling confident, empowered, and ready to take on the world.

Junior Orators
Boost those confidence muscles by speaking in front of tiny and not-so-tiny audiences, and have fun along the way. We will arm you with secret tools to conquer those pesky nerves!
Ages 5-7

Emerging Orators
Add body language, the use of gestures and a little bit of drama to engage audiences with your speech wile refining diction and practicing a range of voice articulation
Ages 6-9

Junior Debate
Learn the art of crafting compelling arguments, using facts but also humor, storytelling, and a touch of drama to sway their audience.

Meet Bani
Bani, a New York City native, has lived in Jersey City since 2009, raising her 11-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. With a Master’s in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, she has excelled as a product designer, educator, and people manager. Her career spans diverse corporate environments, including Amazon, MealPal, and mid-sized firms, managing 260+ client teams and leading product teams of 19+ contributors.
Bani has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at New York Tech and a Lead Instructor at Flatiron School and General Assembly. Her passion lies in empowering the next generation, evidenced by her project "Edge Up," which she has dedicated 2.5 years to developing. "Edge Up" focuses on teaching soft and hard skills to young individuals, preparing them for future success.
